We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

 

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been fulfilled. 

 

Orders of $200+ require signature confirmation upon delivery.

 

Littlebuns currently ships via UPS/USPS at our discretion. If your location has history of problems with one of the shipping services reach out to hello@shoplittlebuns.com and let us know which service will arrive safely to you.

 

Canadian Shipping Info

Orders will be shipped directly from our Los Angeles warehouse with USPS. Your tracking number will update once Canada Post has picked it up. All customers are responsible for any local charges should they apply.


Order Status

You will receive a order confirmation once your order has been approved and your card has been charged. Shipping confirmation emails with tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped. If you have not received a order confirmation within 24 hours please check your spam folder.

Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking to update, and 2-3 additional business days during holidays or other shipping service delays.

We will not re-ship orders once tracking confirms delivery. If your package was delivered and is not there. Please check with other household members, neighbors, backdoors, bushes, and anywhere else your package could be left for security. 
If your package was shipped:
UPS: Please reach out to hello@shoplittlebuns.com to file a claim.
USPS: Once marked delivered USPS releases all responsibility of your package. In this unfortunate event you will need to file a claim with the local police for a stolen package. 

If there is any issue(s) with your package delivery you must reach out to the shipping provider directly. LittleBuns does not have control over deliveries once handed off to the shipping service.

 

Return Policy

*Returned items that were purchased using a promotion code are eligible for store credit only. 

 

 Items may be returned if they are:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

Your return package must be postmarked back to us within 7 calendar days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Items returned after the refund window is eligible for store credit only.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. 

 

LittleBuns is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking and enough insurance to cover you entire return.

 

If your return is lost in transit you must contact the shipping service directly to locate your package and file a claim for the amount you insured.

 

Returns over $250 will be issued with store credit and a 10% restocking fee.

 

If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email hello@shoplittlebuns.com with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase to issue store credit for your return.
